a poster with a story

Tasked with creating a visually impactful poster exclusively with typography, I chose the story ‘Gradation’ by George Peck, which is written from the perspective of a drug addict with an increasingly slipping grip on sanity. My idea was to reveal the psychosis of the character by subtly replacing some letters with numbers, a technique that becomes more apparent as the story reaches its ending and the instability of the character is revealed in full.
